Eff Super Trooper.

The way to rid one's self of the treacly flavor of Mama Mia (I just can't get myself to put the exclamation point after the title) is to rent Les Chansons d'amour:

Keep your saliva as an antidote
Let it trickle like sweet venom down my throat.

Vrai, ce n'est pas parfait, but Love Songs is clever-odd and sexy-ish.

And it is also the inspiration behind my current eyebrow grow-out. It, along with another odd but only mediocre Frenchie movie I saw on IFC (which I cannot remember the name of), have led to a change in my plucking routine.

(In the movie a hot twenty something guy works in an office as the Xerox boy. He cannot retain any information and must write everything down on a leather bound pad he keeps strapped to his wrist. He has lots of kinky sex with a temp at the office and she falls in love and tries to save him from his sadistic boss. Meantime his wife is trying to get him to return back to her and his son, but is also sleeping with his best friend, although he doesn't remember that the guy is his best friend. Sound familar??)

In both films the starlets have lovely, under-plucked brows. Nice.

Not that I'm going to go all bushy or anything (simply not capable) but a little less severly arched. Softer.
